Relaxed Travel truly lives up to its name. Kirsten provided an efficient, comprehensive and personal service tailored to our specific requirements.  Itineraries were clearly documented and explained giving us peace of mind when travelling in unfamiliar places.

Crucially, Kirsten was there for us when circumstances suddenly changed one evening due to flooding leaving us potentially stranded.  She immediately provided flexible and pragmatic options which enabled us to continue our journey early the next day.

I have just completed a tour to the uk and then to France through relaxed travel. I stressed to Kirsten about my concern with flying due to a chronic back. She made sure that everything was in place for me to ensure a comfortable flight overseas. I have to say that i had taken a wrong train from Paris to the south of France and found myself having to change trains three times and dragging my luggage with me. By this time it was 11pm and I could not get in contact with people who were meeting me. I met a guardian angel who took me home to her house for the night and the very next day I was in contact with Kirsten the whole day. She was by my side helping me through the day. She even went to bed late and kept her phone open in case I needed to contact her. Bear in mind the time difference between France and Australia. She was so patient and reassuring through the whole scary process. I would not hesitate in going through relaxed travel again. Kirsten is one in a million. Thank you Kirsten for calming my hysteria.

Kirsten of Relaxed Travel is second to none. When I injured my back in Perth this time last year, she just took charge of the situation and ensured I was promptly transported home to the Gold Coast for treatment by my own medical team. She also dealt very professionally with the resulting travel insurance issues by cancelling the unused proportion of our trip and then quickly processing all of the paperwork she was required to provide in order for my claim to paid out. Fantastic service.

I've always found researching and booking holidays time consuming, confusing and frustrating, Kirsten takes all the headaches out of holiday planning and gives me peace of mind that I'm getting the best deals and the perfect holiday for my family.  She's friendly and nothing's ever a problem.
